it’s hardly perceptable invisible to the natural eye these queasy feelings snakin round my insides squeamishly pushing against my skin wanting to slip out to slide across my face i gasp then grin i’m the gatekeeper i hold prisoner what I will be still! settle down! you’re going nowhere! my feelings are my own i’ll show them when I’m ready or never or maybe or never or maybe, i’m the prisoner here just inside my skin |
