My Serenity Meadow
~*Marge Tindal*~

I have a little meadow
that lays somewhere in my mind
When I need quiet serenity
it's easy for me to find~

I wallow in the meadow
with only poetic thoughts for company
Perhaps a wish on lift-of-star
takes my worries from me~

As I retreat to the meadow
I'm often refreshed anew
Laying back and listening
to the evening lay down her dew~

There is a quieted hush
that falls over me
I breathe in the serenity deeply
then return, to the land of reality~

Marge I've read several of your poems. They never fail to take me along for the ride. I really do love reading them. This one was lovely.

Please remember to 'come to the meadow' ... there is such peaceful serenity awaiting you all~

Yes ... my meadow is real ... it's my retreat where I can lay down all my worries and contemplate ALL the good things in my life~
