Missing and Missed Where have they gone, all the old friends Who so long enriched these pages? Dear Spirit and Pegasus 111 Have been missing now for ages. I can find them in the archives With our Wordancer and deleeme. I worry, fearing they are ill. They were a big part of our team. Are thay taking a hiatus Or are they writing up a storm? I hope they are thinking of us During their rhyming or free-form. Street Heart, we know you are out there Still composing a gentle tune, While we're missing all those haikus From our own sweet Ellie LeJeune. 2dalimit and Laryalee 2, Are among those who have left us. Perhaps they didn't understand Their long absence would bereft us. And there are so many others, Who should be posting merry rhyme. Hope they find this lamentation And will come back to us sometime. Joyce, I feel the same way. Even though it's not possible to reply to evry poem, I do read more than I reply to. When I don't see a name for a while, I wonder where the writer is and if they are well or not. Maybe some of these you mentioned will pop in. Joyce~ I know how it feels to miss the poetic thoughts of those so dear~ Sometimes ...
