It's been a while since I have had
To turn a groping hand away.
The welcomed, reaching hands I knew
Have stilled, so quite untouched I stay.

There once were small and needing hands
That reached for love and care from me.
But they have grown and now have turned
To others for what needs might be.

The smallish hands, the larger hands
All filled a void inside of me.
Thank you dear Spirit for the poem
That brought back precious memory.

Blessed you. It's a blessing to return love to benefactor...not by helping them back....but helping the needy. Just like God helps us...we want to thank God? Then help our younger brothers and sisters. It shows you have a thankful heart. Love ya, Vivian
