my life packed in suitcases ready to go in just a few short hours i'll be leaving you know life has been kind given me smiles along with it came heartaches but worth it all the while as clear as the sun is shining today I will always remember your face as cool as the wind is blowing today I will never forget this place i haven't got a dime to my name just a little hope in my pocket i know as i head off my life will never be the same i will always be searching for your face in the crowd...though i know i'll never find it my heart will always ache when i hear something that reminds me of you and when I look into their eyes at night as i tuck them into bed it is the memories of you that I will forever fight i love you now and i always will you are a part of me....a part of my soul there is no other that will ever make me feel like you did.....some will come close but none will be whole.....so as you lie alone at night..take this with you as you dream.....my love is always alive for you....as hopeless as it seems.....i chose to allow you into my heart.....now i've lost the key my love for you will remain...never to be set free Goodbye my love and remember...to you i'll always be true......... |
