My cockalorum blast

I sat on Eldorado's rim
Toasting alliterations past.
Rhapsodizing foolish whim
Crowing a cockalorum blast.

I drank until irrelevant dawn
Above and beyond abilities
Then let out a final yawn.
And ran for the facilities

Idiocy crashed the shore
My bladder suffered pleurisy.
Then upchuck came and hit the floor
The payment of insanity.

Purgatory rest my bones
Hell and brimstone was the lieu
And I moaned deep undertones.
As hell came slowly into view.

Please I swore dear God I swore
Forgive this once don't close the door.

What happened to all those romantic poems. I have always said, there is no subject that you don't write about with eloquence,
Even if it's not romantic, I still liked it
