Music leaps wildly 'round
Impassioned dancers breathe the sound
Of enchanted melody's seductive plea
Tempting tainted debauchery
Twisted bodies swirling parade
Hide their faces in masquerade
Flowing robes like glittered breeze
With heaving bosoms glistened tease
Eyes that beckon behind a mask
With distorted smiles and painted laughs
Merryment disguising sin
Of countless embraces of lustful whim
Perfumed advances, eleborate displays
Of anonymous partakers in heated charade.

Princess, this is lovely! Have you just listened to the opera or have you recently seen Phantom? for you have captured the feel so well! Thank you!

WOW princess, a wonderfully written piece and a scene I have witnessed my times throughout my life as a student. Excellent images.

Brian: i must say that im always pleased at the time you take to read and respond to my work. i do read your poems but often find that they are beyond my comprehension, therefore i fail to respond to them. i do hold you in high esteem and would appreciate learning more about your poetry (when and if you get the time)...Thanks!

Beethoven??  COOL!!!

This is excellent poutprincess!!  This could have been Beethoven's 7th. . . or the frenzy of the Hammerklavier sonata. . .

Superb. . .
