I Speak Of Dreaming

I speak of dreaming
Lying silent in the night
Breathing softly in
Breathing softly out
I watch you as you sleep
Wishing many things

I speak of wishing
Lying softly in the dark
Turning gently left
Turning gently right
I breathe you as you sleep
Hoping many things

I speak of hoping
Lying lonely in the moonlight
Wanting isn't good
Wanting isn't right
I yearn as you sleep
Longing for many things

Thank you Xnonox this is a bit of a change from my ordinary poems, glad you liked it

Serenity, you are too kind, but so happy that it sounds right!

Sudhir thanks very much, did I get the flow right though?

Butterflies don't the hint came through, good! I always find the poets in this group so helpful, and you know how much I admire your particular work. So praise from you is praise indeed!

Dee, Picasso, the guy who lived in the next village to Pablo yes! That's exactly right though, it's about how just as you start to sleep your head starts to work!

Sorry Dee love I didn't check the box because I'm out of time! Still it wouldn't be good enough, honestly, you and the real poets here are far too kind!
