Looking out the window..........

I never fail to find a picture waiting there
                           for me....
The window faces south surrounded
                           by a stand of trees,
Life among the branches is so busy,
                           you can see....why....
The window is my favorite place to be..........

Looking out the window..........

The morning rain is falling, gently splashing
                           on the leaves....
The tiny birds are snatching bugs, just like
                           a pack of theives....
The cat is down below with something cooking,
                           up her sleeve....
The window shows me life beneath the eaves..........

Looking out the window..........

I see the seasons painting, changing colors,
                           day by day....
Springtime buds, and Summer blooms, and Fall
                           is on display....
Winter with it's ice will draw some lacy art
                           that stays....
The window entertains in many ways....
                              and
Here I watch within it's quiet space..........

Excellent, sunny1! Perfect words expressing a wonderful thought. Let this be a lesson to all who can't think of anything to write about. There's a whole world out there, waiting to be immortalized!! You look out your window and see all this. Another may look out the same window and see nothing. That's the difference between a writer and the rest of humanity. I'm glad you're a writer

Balladeer....

I thank you so very much for reading
this and also for you reply. I'm glad
to have gotten my meaning across, but I
have all of you here to thank for the
inspiration!  And, yes, I am happy to be
writing....it's what I need to do, what I
love to do.
       Once again.......thank you so much!!

I have, I've walked that road each time; that's where my angel sleeps

Sauni.....

I can't even tell you how much your
input means to me. I always wanted
   to just write....whatever came out.
Now, I have the great fortune of
   rubbing electronic elbows with some
of the greatest writers alive, in all
   different styles, just giving from
their hearts because they love to.
If you ask me, my friend,
everyone here at Passions is a great
writer!!!  Your work inspires me to
try harder.....I love your smooth style
and how you reach into your heart.
         Thank you for your reply!!
