Turn down the lights Close your eyes Throw out the shadows Cast away your doubts And dream a little dream Dream of me I dream of you The same dream as always I have searched the world for you I have missed you all my life I know that when I dream I will find you My dreams are of us togerther I see us side by side And nothing I have seen can compare with you How many times have we met in our dreams How many times do we part as we awaken But I know I can see you in my dreams I can see your pretty face Your dark blue eyes And that gentle smile I can hear your tender voice My skin tingles at the thought of your touch Will my dreams become real Will I find the answer I open my eyes The sun is shining The shadows are gone There are no doubts I know you are there At last I have found you So my Gem my love my life Will you close your eyes and come to me Will you dream a dream of me Dream a dream of love A dream of contentment Dream of the the day to come The day when I lay by your side And take you in my arms The day we become man and wife Dream of the time we will be as one So my love of mine will you join me in my dreams And know that soon we will awaken togerther To embrace and show our love Come to my dream and dream with me |
