Sometimes we hide within our words,
a pain that screams for release.
Hoping that someone will see
and offer our soul surcease.

Simply put, a rhyme or verse,
can a complicated thought impart.
Finding the key to the puzzle,
can heal a wounded heart.

Read well my poems, brother,
but heed well my words, my friend.
Do not trust the beginning,
until you’ve read the end.

And when you get to the end you have to go back to the beginning in order to unravel the middle..

Poet deVine,
Ow, la, la, very nicely written. A joy to read, so many meanings that I derived from your writing. I must read more of them.

Congrats on our 8000th post to start with.  The verse is wonderful...the words say so much and express what so many of us feel.  Perfect way to enter the 8000th.

Dear Sharon; How amazing are your talents and your wisdom! This is so true, no one really knows what is really in our hearts or understands our pain, only God and sometimes we do ourselves. Love, ellie
