Gentle maiden, why dost thou resist my words?
Cans't thou see that I am at a loss?
I long to hear thy voice again
sweetest that I have ever heard
And to gaze ino thine eyes again
                         no matter what the cost

Long has the battle raged in mine heart
Yea, I am weary and the battle grows long
But in thy gentle arms of love
I find new strength to start
Thy heart sings to me a gentle tune
giving my heart they heart's song

So gentle maiden, please do not my heart spurn
Take my heart and please hold it dear
Since thou hast left, for thee have I longed
for thee my heart does yearn
Without thee, my arms are truly empty
                         and greater grows the fear

Remove thy gloves, oh tender Knight
repose against thy hip
and in my hands your heart I'll care
while you taste my lips...

do not think of battle, nay,
do not think of war
but only think in my heart to lay,
and be pleased of where you are...

Sven, you do some good stuff...and this is it, right here...

Sir Sven, bravest of Knights, this a very exception piece of writing my friend.  I believe you have out done yourself with this one.  Every Maiden from far and wide shall beckon for your affections after reading this one.  They shall all long to place themselves within your heart and erase all memories of another.

Okay Sir Sven,
I agree you are the best, and most kind hearted gentleman I have ever come across... maybe you are the Chosen One....

atleast the best "wooer" (is that a correct word, I wonder?) in down town passion-town!!!

wonderful lingeringly romantic touch to the poem...

regards, sudhir.

Sven.....

a fair maiden in distress would be
most lucky to have a knight such as you
   ride to the rescue.
      this was another magnificent piece.
   I must admit, I've become a collector
of your fine work. Keep writing!!!!

Sven,

Nice writing here my friend.  Very tender plea.  I just love knights and days of olde.

I know what you are saying Sven..I feel the same way right now waiting for my fair maiden to come into my arms.   James
