Communion I cross my hands, In a linked eternity. My wrists faced upwards, Towards sky's infinity. My right palm over my left The silent contact is made. As I bow my head in prayer My deadly sins fade. The heavenly bread is put On my open palm. I see its gentle nature Like a quiet psalm. The wine is next placed On my callous left hand. The blood of Jesus Christ Who was earthbound send. By taking this great bond, It retells a sad story. In which an innocent lamb Was scarified for me. |
