Love is for teenagers, that's what you said,
And I believe this be true.
My feelings go much deeper then that,
The word 'love' for me, won't do.

For me, it was an awakening.
The knowledge, of what love is about.
Two people, forever 'bonded',
By trust and truth, with out doubt.

It is something, that "just is",
existing, deep within me.
It has no purpose, no reason,
It's something you can't even see.

It's a part of my living and breathing,
as tears appear when I cry.
Or laughter that surfaces when I'm happy,
Or the rebounding of a desolate sigh.

It is simply a part of me,
And over it, I have no control.
It's there… it exists…it lives,
Inside me, the same as my soul.

It stems from the core of my being,
Unleashed, allowed to be free.
Even you, cannot restrain it,
Though you may not, want it to be.

Acceptance, or rejection, you can not choose.
There are no options for you.
Somebody cares, beyond the word love,
Unconditional, unchanging and true.

That "just is' feeling, is there,
It's with me, wherever I go.
And you are the reason for it, my love,
and I just wanted you to know.

If you can't make it so,
you need to let it go!

The following verse is so meaningful.

And over it, I have no control.
It's there… it exists…it lives,
Inside me, the same as my soul.

Yes, to follow with no control and existing inside ones soul. It has no boundaries, but is there, in ones heart to follow wherever it may go. Wow, very nice!

Thank all of you for your kind words about this writing..I think this is one of my favorites and it was written from a 'deep' feeling I had at the moment!
The feeling of love is not easy to express
and this was as close as I could get in expressing how I felt.
