Kitty calls weakly As the truck rumbles closer Long John claps his hands Kitty scampers clear Wheels barely miss as they pass Long John puts Kit back Kitty sniffs sadly Another car turns corner Long John hides to watch Kitty sees car come Car tires screech and swerve away Long John frowns sadly Kitty runs to curb A bus splashes a puddle Long John doesn't duck! Long John sees Kitty Kitty sees Long John coming Hides in gutter drain Long John opens bag Takes new Kitty to the street Tells Kitty to stay Woman saves Kitty Glares and scares poor old Long John She puts John in street Long John cannot move His Knees knocking as car comes Hides in gutter drain Long John wonders why Forum women want his hide Waits for the next car Poor Long John Silver Soon the cars will swerve for him If he keeps writing. |

Julie Ann - Its this way - If I don't kick a kitty around at least once a month in here, everybody begins to think I'm going soft. Naturally, we can't have them thinking that. Can we???  heres a little ditty bout a pirate and a kitty the pirate was so cruel he thinks kicking kitties is cool guess he dont know cats have 9 lives and kitties are loved by all us wives but paybacks....they are hell I gotta secret that I ll now tell upon the cute little kitty you should have took pity it makes a pirate look like a louse and it seems to have landed you in the dog house kicking kitties may be your idea of fun... but me thinks tonight you'll be getting NONE he he later-groovy-Haiku-gator jm  |

here's a little revision of something i wrote to you, longjohn, the last time you threatened kitties..... I had to revise it a bit because i originally posted it in Adult... and some of my words just couldn't be written in Open Poetry that, I am admittin'!! ready???? here goes!................ *wink* Pandora's prowling through the night through streets and alleys, candlelight and off to Passions with her voice of poetry; that is her choice. Offended kitties neck in neck meowing, mewing, what the heck-- This kitty's calm despite the storm, she slithers slowly past, with form. This kitten's purring -- meowing time -- but then some lngjhn writes a rhyme to threaten kittens like a fox-- but as he nears Pandora's Box, she warns him that this kitten's bitter, so step lightly 'round the litter. Pandora says, LngJhn, be wise, sidestep this cat, or be baptized! Threats to cats are sure not fittin'-- Lord, help the man who hurts my kitten! |

Long John-So this is how you get the women to come the "master" as you put it. I think I am just going to sit on the sidewalk and watch. Good read my friend. It was sure not the way I thought it was going to end up when I started, but it brought with it a good laugh and I thank you for that. |

JM - I'll have you understand Lorelei loves this pirate man. She's trained me to treat her kitty best, Or I don't get her treasure chest.  Maggie Blue - here's a haiku - Rebuking is done, Pandora scratches for fun, Long John's on the run. Kitty struts her stuff, Cuz Long John was treated rough, That Pandora's tough! Denise - yanno, it feels good to loved despite being a kitty kicker *selfrighteous nods* kat - psst, It really is all for fun - I have trouble even thinking about hurting kittens - but don't tell anybody about my weakness. OK? It will be our little secret bad dog - Watch out for Pandora - she's got claws!!!!! BTW - was it you who left that wet spot on the Forum rug??? *rolling up my newspaper* Pandora - just for you I composed a sweet little poem *ahem, clearing my throat* Ol' Long John is in quite a mess, Pandora may put him on her list. Even though I'm a kitty kicker, I kinda doubt I could lick her. Cuz she's got long sharpened claws, There are good reasons I should pause. Kittens and streets, it appears, Will make Pandora Box my ears. "Here, lil kitty," I call out sweet, "Please don't play in the street. "Pandora's watching everything I do, She'll punish me if I don't save you." When that little vamp is gone, My kitty kicking will go on. I'll just be sure she doesn't see The kitties I leave in the street. : Mark - Thanks for your comments - yanno, writing poetry is supposed to be fun sometimes - that's why I cut myself loose at times. |

longjohn, pandora's claws are ready they will pull you past the jetty!!!! you'll go out with waves of fury... pandora's not in any hurry! yes, you're right this kitty's tough... you'll be screaming "That's ENOUGH!" soon your meow scratches bottom, (He won't know which wave has got him!) MESS with Pan and you've got trouble! this sweet cat will get you double! first, she'll mew you, then she'll scratch and you will be the MOUSE she's catchin'!!! *wink*  |

Pandora Ohhh, Pandora, to die in your paws, Makes me wish dearly for Santa Claus. My life of glee would no longer lack, If I could have his bottomless sack! Of course I know you'd be right there, Coughing and hacking your balls of hair, While you scratched, hissed, and spit, And pounced around in your kitty lit. Then you'd realize after all this fuss, That I'm really not an ornery cuss. I just love the attention and catty looks, That I can release from Pandora's box. Have a great weekend everybody - thank you all for the terrific responses Heather - now just remember - be sure the shotgun isn't loaded when I come around your neighborhood - lol |

YES, i'll scratch and mew and hiss.... but, my friend, i'll tell you this.... this here kit's got A-D-D, DON'T YOU TRY AND MESS WITH ME! if you try to get me sacked, you'll find out all things you've lacked.... common sense, for one thing, sir, eyesight, too, it is a blur, sensitivity and caring, and the CLOTHES that you are wearing... 'cause, my friend, i'll scratch them off if Pandora hears your scoff! i don't BELIEVE in Santa Claus, there is no bag to hold me, 'cause, i'm a kitten, sweet and kind, but be careful of your mind... when you start to PLAY with me... it just might be HISTORY. i don't beg and i don't bite, but i can put up a FIGHT... try to bag me, i won't spit balls of hair!
