The early morning sunlight, shines through my window. Bringing life to a new day, putting light on my midnight fears. The early morning sunlight, glides across the floor. Playing songs for the dancing dust, and shinning through my waking doubts. The early morning sunlight, slowly wakes the world. Bathing the earth in fluid gold, and adding magic to my dreams. Yesterday is ash, tomorrow is smoke; only today does the fire burn. JP "Everything is your own damn fault, if you are any good." E. Hemmingway |

Outstanding. I am reminded of the little girl in the comic strip who chased the sunbeam around the room. Jamie Tu ne cede malis, sed contra audentior ito. - Virgil. "Yield thou not to adversity, but press on the more bravely". |

JP~ The imagery just oozes through this piece. Very well done. 'The early morning sunlight, slowly wakes the world. Bathing the earth in fluid gold, and adding magic to my dreams.' Doesn't get much prettier than this ! ~*Marge*~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ [email protected] |
