Hey pout, pour me another drink as we sit here with stale smoke smiles pressures of the week gone by hardly left echoes in our laughing styles tears free flowing like oceans rolling rememberence of our past, our lies crying, laughing, belching loudly bourbon and coke our best allies rambling on how days are so long and how nights too short to sleep morning breaks...we drank too much "won't do that again"..a promise we wont keep The day shines bright on those friends of night who shared their souls for free with love and honor....and an empty bottle bourbon, coke, poutprincess,and me. *this poem proudly sponsered by poutprincess and beth...a best friends production*  ) |
