     love
  boundless
sliding seemingly through
slivers of broken sky
      in dreamless
                   space

     love
    bloodless
feeble, non-existent
  glides smoothly over
     cold marbled slates
                   of skin

       love
     leafless
  flattened foliage
    stem fallen, drifts loss
                   of hope

        love
      seamless
  frayed, pulled apart
      a strip of unravelled
                   stitching

          love
        endless
   careless words...

                   wordless

Yes, I am here, but I am dead, not alive,
my body goes on, my spirit has died,
and I though alive, feel dead inside.

So sad yet so very lovely.
You express your emotion so beautifully in this.

Love and hugs,

It is so hard to explain, LOVE, nice touch. I like "a strip of unravelled stitching." Certainly does make you come apart at the seams that "crazy little thing called love."
Nicely done!

i really loved the play on words in this poem, it gave me a down to earth feeling, in a watery sort of way.

Hell Maree you are really getting quite brilliant at dreaming up new imagery; "marbled slates of skin" must rank as some of the best i can remember seeing for a while.  Excellent work ..

one impressed MP
