Oh Sing of Me Darling (sung with an east coast celtic lit) The wind of the ocean, sings to me this morning The wind of the ocean, sings to me this day I've traveled through inlets, of salt briny waters I've traveled through islands, with green emerald bays The wind of the ocean, keeps calling sweet lassie The wind of the ocean, keeps singing your name I know you've been waiting, by the tides wash this morning I know you've been waiting, for your love by the shore Oh sing to me darling, above the roar of the ocean Oh sing to me darling, to find my way home. I know you've been waiting, By the south shore this evening I know you've been waiting, Since my ship ran ashore Oh sing of me sweetly, As the moon lights the dark seas Oh sing of me darling, So my heart can come home. James Parker Haley June 30, 2000 Well, I'm off to the south shore of Nova Scotia and I thought I'd leave this with my friends at passions..... Maybe I should have made it a happy ending.
