Daddy you've missed alot, Like the first swim of the summer, The first vacation. Sometimes I wondder if your watching us, From heaven? If I could I'd bring my dad back. Share the memories with you, Laughing after we get out of the pool, Eatting outside when the sun is hot. I guess those memories stay in everyone, They never leave and we won't forget you, You where a Father, Friend, Husband. You left all those memories in our hearts, Sometimes I'll cry cause I miss you, But then I remember those memories. No one wanted you to leave, We were so close and you went home I didn't want you to go home. Your still our Friend, Father and Husband, How could I forget my father/friend, I helped you threw your battle. Now it's time to start my battle, As I got stronger you got weaker, But your battle's done with. Remember Dad I'll never forget you Love your ~*~Fairy Princess~*~ |

This poem is beautiful, I am very close with my father although we have had a rough relationship we are finally overcoming all the chaos of growing up and now at 16, I can honestly say my father is my friend. I dont know how you feel but I do know, that I will never take my family for granted for it can be taken away any day. Thanks for sharing this poem.... Memories will help The good die young... fairy princess~~~this is a beautiful poem...i am sorry to hear about you dad...you wrote a really good poem for him though...i dont know what i would do if anything happened to my dad...hes the only person i have there for me...keep up the good work!!!but never forget your dad is watching down on you from heaven... ~No one is worth your tears, and the one who is wont make you cry~ ~We all cant be stars but we all can twinkle~ |
