Knowing you are there with her
Rips my heart in two.
I will never ever love another
The way that I love you.

You've been with her for three years now
You sat you can't just leave her.
What if she finds out about us somehow?
Will you push me aside and keep her?

You have the love of both of us
While I just have half of yours.
How can I love you when you treat me like this?
I've wondered for hours and hours.

I know I'm worth more than your "bit on the side"
I deserve someone of my own.
And I'm sick of having to lie and hide,
My love for you not being made known.

So maybe its time I said goodbye
To this torture and this pain.
I know that I will cry and cry
I'll never find love like this again...

(I love you so much..)

so in your poem your saying your in love with a guy that is with another girl and you at the same time?? In that case i think it is time to say bye to him if you can't have all of him!!! I think your poem is very good and it really explains how you feel!!!

You've expressed your thoughts well in this Aangelle! Wonderful, questioning poem ... and I agree with your conclusion. If you cannot be open and honest, it time to let this young man go, and find someone who will love only you. You deserve that!

Thanks for your responses. I wrote this poem the other night when I really felt down about my situation. It's not as bad as it seems and despite what it sounds like I'm not a horrible person... I am smart enough to stop this thing as its hurting me so much. I'm going to do the brave thing and make him decide. Either way it's the end..

god I totally forgot about this poem!! I've just been rooting through the archives for any of my old poems!!! I wonder .....

p.s. I still love that person but its all over.....he chose her......
