Some good, Some bad. Doesn't matter to me, Cuz you're all i see. Blood is thicker than water, So they say. Tell me then, Why did it have to be your blood that they now spray? Blood on the dash, Blood on your face. Didnt' see you crash, But saw you in your new wooden case. Blood on the wheel, Blood on your hand. Can't remember my last meal, Alone i now stand. Blood on the glass, Blood on your clothes. Walk thru the same grass, I wish it wasn't you God chose. Blood in the grass, Blood everywhere. Remember Lost Valley and the plate of brass? Go back there i can't bare. I know you're gone and can still see me, But i can't see you watching over me. All I have are memories of us, And the Nike pants you gave me. All I have left, Are memories of us |

I know the feeling that is in this poem. I can only say that it will get better. I wrote a poem about a friend that was killed in a crash, too. I hope that time will heal your pain. Keep up the good work. Chel "True friends stab you in the front" "Always do your best, you will always succeed" |

This is something I've actually never experienced and is probably one of my worst fears. You have made and excellent piece of poetry of this tragedy...almost too good...I'm having really scary feelings about my friends now. I've always wondered which one of us will die first, because somehow, I know that one of us will before were all 28. "Time is the matter, and in a matter of that all wounds will heal and all scars shall fade." |
