I sit and wonder what the future holds for me.
I think of ten, twenty, thirty years from now, who and where will I be?
I ponder over who I am now and the things I enjoy to do,
and wonder if my future self will be someone totally new.
What does my future hold?
What will life send my way?
Will I live a hundred years?
Or die later today?

This is a very good poem.  I think that every one wonders this at times.

This is such a strong subject that I have written about myself aswell. Its funny how people change over the years but you can never picture yourself being different in 30 years.

This poem is pretty cool. The last two really provoke thought.

I think most of us ask the same questions in our youth.  I can tell you from experience, now that youth is a distant memory in my past, that your destiny is in your hands. There are external influences, of course, but for the most part you create your world by the passions you have for work, pleasure, and love.  Best advice I have ever heard was,
"be yourself, and follow your dreams".  Don't let others tell you how to live.
Enjoyed reading your poem.  Good Luck!
