Another Scar

Experiences passed inside my mind.
Learning lessons fast.
Learning lesson of life and love.
I can't undo the past.

Knowledge never gained in ease.
Prices must be paid.
For everything that I now know,
a bitter tear was laid.

Tears go straight into my heart;
not seen by the stars.
For every acid drop I cry
is left another scar.

Ah, a poem about the bittersweet truth of life... Isn't it a shame one can't undo the past? Yes, knowledge is never gained with ease. Life is a hard teacher isn't she? She gives us the test first and comes the lesson.

I must say I really like this poem. It has a lot of feeling behinde it which I think is that key to good writing. You write very well
