Can you help me? It seems I've lost my way? I don't know where to go Is there a place I can stay? My heart has mislead me And now I am confused, I felt like it was the right direction Now it is just hurt and bruised I hope you can help me In repairing my broken heart, The person who broke it before Laughed and chose to depart. I am afraid to like you Because that girl likes you too My heart is talking again Should I listen to its views? It tells me not to worry Everything will work out okay, But how am I to trust it again When before it lead me astray. Right now though I don't care My feelings for you are strong And as for that other girl, oh well Right with you is where I belong. *do not offer yourself to the world, yet let the world offer itself to you*--Me :) |

This was great......another heart felt poem.  I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. I'm in love with my shadow I admire it daily |

Aww this was a cute poem. Im sorry to hear that you got hurt but hopefully fate led you in the right direction now and this guy will treat you the way you deserve to be treated. Great poem and i hope everything works out the way you want it to! |
