What is my name? Oh yeah, it's Rhonda. At times I forget 'cause people call me Honda. I'm 17 years old, And I'm constantly cold, With six blankets on my bed, You'd think in the morning I'd be red (but I'm not). I have a horse named Sham, And I truely love my fam(ily). I hated poetry until grade ten, When my teacher made me write about men. I play the guitar, flute, piano, sax too, But to poetry I'm still fairly new. I know the flow sucks (sorry Lakewalker!), This poem confuses, Just think how I feel, When I run out of fuses (energy)! **That's not a very good description about me, but hey. It's better than nothing, right? Give me a few days, and I'll come up with a better one. This was totally spur of the moment!!    |

well i liked this little bio of you. Nice one here....nice to know you. I'm Javier Agosto......fellow poet......I live in San Juan, Puerto Rico.......tri-lengualed (english, spanish, and french), I play electric guitar, poetry for 3yrs, and im way into philosophy. I also play football (5yrs).....captain for 2 and allstar linebacker.....*bows*.....sorry , i had to get cocky a bit..... anyway......nice to have you aboard.  I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. I hate your socks. I'd like to burn them! |

Nice to meet you! I'm 18 years old, native New yorker turned Floridian (aren't we all!) Been writing as far back as I can remember, I love poetry, and sometimes, I even get the patience for short stories. I'm a senior this year, I'm thinking of majoring in either English, or psych. Since this is an introduction, I'll introduce myself. I am Jennifer, and I live in the good 'ole states of America.. Richmond, Virginia to be exact. I didn't like poetry until just a few years ago, and then I started writing a year ago. But now I love it! My home life isn't too great, but I compensate for that as best as I can. I am a governor's school student, play viola, guitar, and soccer used to be life for 12 years, then I tore my ACL and had 5 surgeries to go with it, and I am unable to play now. This was a great intro. I guess I'll step in line and tell a lil about me. I'm a freshmen in college. I live in Detriot, MI. Work and study, tend to take up most of my time. I have just recently gained an interest in poetry. Other interests include guitar, concerts, friends, and baseball. I guess that about covers it. What an interesting way of finding out about people in here!! My name is Melanie, I live in Brisbane Australia... and no I don't have Kangaroos or Koala's in my back yard... as a lot of people ask... I am 18 and a half years old, I enjoy going out and having fun... I have been writing poetry for about 6 years... so I have a lot of it, but I am only posting my new work because the old work is a bit embarrassing!! Well that's enough about me!! Melz!! Totally cute poem. Ok, since everyone is introducing themselves, I might as well to. My name is Malinda, I'm 16 and live in Arkansas. I have always loved poetry. I have been writting poetry on and off for the last 3 years. (kinda rusty, can't u tell) I also enjoy writting storys. I have enjoyed reading everyones poetry. I only hope some day I can be just as good as most of you are. |
