Secretly

It's like a thread,
so thin, but yet cannot be defeated.
It's the heart,
given so many reasons, but he does not quit.
It's me,
secretly, falling in love, with you.

You are like an orchid,
the petals are rare,
but when it blossoms,
it is the most precious.
"Some things are worth waiting for."

I've wondered,
I've asked questions.
"Is it you? Or is it the longing of a relationship?"
"Is it feelings? Or is it the pain of not having you?"
I smile, because I now know my answer:
you are the one.

You've brought happiness upon me without knowing.
Your voice brings harmony and comfort to my heart.
You don’t even realize.

Without a sound,
I've secretly slept in the thoughts and images of you,
so deeply, so deeply.
I wish I could soon have the chance to say,
"Thank God,
for I've waited so long."

I thought this poem was, once again, beautiful. I liked this very much and hope to see more of you.
