My friend wrote this one.. i think it was great

Forgiveness
As I look back
Knowing that I shouldn't,
I see I am too forgiving
And I see your ugly harsh words
Are too easily replaced
By pitiful excuses and pathetic apologies.

As I look back
Knowing that I shouldn't,
I see me forgive as you forget,
Taking for granted myself and
Knowing you have no consideration.
But now know you have done too many blows to my trust,
So I will no longer look back
And see me forgiving.
No, now I will see me forgetting,
Just as you did.

Hi. I just wanted to let you know that this poem was great! I think everyone at least once in their lifetime has been in this situation, and it's not easy. Thank you for expressing this. Great work!

The poem was nice. i think if your friend wrote it then your friend should join Passions!

I really liked this one!! Your friend has a lot of talent

I'm glad to hear that she finally let go and stopped forgiving and forgetting...Sometimes thats hard to do. Tell her great job!
