      I can't indict you
After all the things you've inflicted
      I've forgiven
      I've left behind
      Have you forgiven me?
Can I let go of what I've
      Held onto for so long
      And can I give up
      And be as strong
      As you
      It comes and goes
      What everyone knows
No one remembered to tell me
No one bothered to warn me
That you didn't want to want me
That you could give up on me so
      Easily
      I can't indict you
Cause you've just done what you
      Always have and
      I can't place blame
I can't leave you like they left you
I can't give you what she gives you
So I'll be the one to listen
To cry with you and lie to you
I don't have anything better to do

The night is my companion
The solitude my guide
Would I spend forever here
And not be satisfied?
Sarah MacLachlan, "Possession"

I think this is beatiful, and I think I know exactly what you are feeling.  I have a friend...and I love him and I would love to be with him, but we are just friends, and I am there to listen to his problems and help him emotionally while other girls get to have fun! Maybe I misinterpreted it...email me or reply if I did, otherwise I think its incredible!

I got a little different meaning from this, but I think it's very well done.  I really like it.

I liked this very much. You're on a roll here!

I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust.

I hate your socks. I'd like to burn them!
