Can't Stop Loving You Everytime I think I'm out of love I fall back faster than before, My mind forgets the pain you caused But my heart is getting sore. You made me cry a thousand times And the pain will never go away, It will always hurt until I die Or you say what I want you to say. I don't even need the three little words I'm not asking you to love me, I only want you to be my friend That's what I need to make you see. You'll never understand my pain You don't know what it's like at all, You don't see what I go through Everytime I stand up I always fall. I've told myself that it's a dream And not all dreams come true, But everytime I see your face I can't stop loving you. |

~*Wow...this poem is EXACTLY what I needed to read tonight...I just went through a break up earlier today with a guy I've gone out with 3 times now, and no matter how many times he hurts me I always give in when he comes crawling back. I know it's dumb but I can't help the way I feel about him. Sorry for babbling to you, I just really felt this poem and want u to know I can relate...thank you so much for writing it! Kandi- thanks for replying...I'm glad someone feels the same way I do...I don't mind at all if you print it out. DancinQueen- thanks for you reply...I'm trying to keep my chin up,but sometimes its kinda hard. |

Sometimes, you know he's wrong for you. You remember the pain, you remember his possesiveness, or jealous streak. You are soooo glad you figured it all out before it was too late. And then he tells you about his new girl, or he swears he's sorry, and he'll change for you. A huge BS alarm goes off in your brain.... but you can't avoid falling again. Ahh, I know this well. The only remedies I suggest are: time, figuring out you deserve better, then finding it! I agree with everyone else when i say that this was an excellent piece. Its so hard to let go of feelings for someone...especially if you seem that person every day like you do...it'll get easier in time and i know that you are strong..dont let anybody drag you down with him and continue to keep your chin up...your happiness is what matters in the end...so dont just stop loving him because one of our friends puts him down or makes you feel bad...if you love him than thats just absolutely amazing...you completely and totally deserve him...but if he's hurting you this much i dont know if he deserves you...your such a great person and one of my best friends...i've known you forever...and i believe theres a reason that you love him...so if your meant to stop loving him you will..just dont push it k?? Love ya hun...muahz |

I know how you feel.......i too have gone through this and continue to. Anyway great job!  I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. I hate your socks. I'd like to burn them! |

Well done - excellent poem! I understand wot ur going through, i've also liked someone 4 ages who doesn;t feel the same way and we can't even be friends now! All i can say is that i hope it works out for u - im sure it will, there's plenty other fish in the sea..although i know thats not always the case Think positively and sooner or later things will fall into place..x |
