hey, if you read my poems you'll notice that most of them are about my wonderful Boyfriend! i just thought i'd share the poem that started it all! i sent him this late one night and he had no idea that i even liked him! anyways, he said it touched him so greatly that he just knew he sould ask me out and give it a chance! and we're both so happy that he did! he's my soulmate! thanks people! Luv Jo. xoxo KRISTIAN: Ever since we first talked that day I knew you were special in so many ways I always felt something deep for you I just couldn’t tell you, it would’ve been cruel You loved your girlfriend so very much But still then I always longed for your touch When my boyfriend that time treated me bad You always succeeded in stopping me feeling sad After my break-up I tried to move on And you seemed to be in my head all day long I knew it was wrong and could never happen with us But still I longed for you, for there to even be an ‘us’ As we talked long into the night It felt exactly just right But there was one small problem why it couldn’t be And that was it was you and Bec, not you and me That didn’t change the fact that I cared for you You still could help me to not feel blue The day I heard that you and Bec broke up When I got a sad reply when I asked “wassup?” I felt so high and happy, but sad at the same time As you told me your story of love loss, not sending any signs You say you are getting over her now And inside that is making me say oh wow But still I’m not stupid I have no chance for your love Why would a guy as perfect as you, one sent from above Ever see anything in a average girl like me I just wish one day there could be a ‘we’ Even now as you guess who I like this day Your mind can’t click, for a ‘we’ you can’t say I’m going to stop the guessing game now And maybe I’ll just have to send you this email * never live a second without being grateful for all you have around you* |

Wow...this was really good...you explained everything so clear and all the words fit perfectly...it's so amazing how one poem like this brought you two together...i guess you are soulmates!! |

The power of good poetry is amazing, isn't it? You describe all of your feelings beautifully, and it's no surprise to me that he melted when he read this. It takes a lot of guts to give someone a poem like this, I know from personal experience. I'm glad things worked out for you. Best of luck! This was a wonderful tribute to your boyfriend.Keep up the happy moments!  I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. I hate your socks. I'd like to burn them! |
