I remember your face,
so calm and so cool
as I think back.
  A December night
we ment unexpectedly
and as I look back,
it ended so selfishly
and so unfair.
  Trips to school dance's and
talking on the phone
those conversations
into the night.
  But we never once
got to dance-
that's the price you pay
for love and romance.

Hey! great poem =o) I'm sorry that you had a bad experience in love though...There will always be that guy that comes around every now and then that leaves you less than happy. Good job!!

Very nice poem! It's so sad to lose someone you care about, but love isn't always easy. But someday we all meet the one we were meant to be w/. Great job, keep writing!!

I was never the type of girl to fall in love with guys...Well just not till recently when I fell in love with my boyfriend...When you love someone they are worth everything to you...And it shouldnt hurt you...Because if love was supposed to be so good then why would we cry??? Anyways good poem!!!
