All the words that use to be spoke echo in my head my memories are all I have now empty words are all I hear now nothing you speak is what you mean and I know the real truth now that I'm not your best friend no more my tears are taking over now filling all the happiness I use to have the happiness from having my best friend I see you in the halls but we just walk by and don't even make eye contact I've tried to be patient I've tried to wait for you to come around but my heart cannot take no more I watch you while you talk with your new friends and I think to myself you use to talk to me that way you use to always want to take me places with you now I stand in the distance watching you watching you with your new best friends it hurts so much when you realize the one bestest friend ever doesn't consider you their best friend no more I feel like there is nothing no love inside me no more no happiness why is it that everything has to change? what has come between us this time now? I don't want to wait in the dark no more I don't want to wait for you to help me up when I fall my feelings can't take no more I'am a human being not just a doll you can throw around I thought you cared for me I thought I was like a sister to you I thought I was your best friend I guess I thought wrong Life isn't about holding grudges or starting fights life is meant to be enjoyed |

hey this was really sad that a friend would do that..although i already know about friends doing that it's still sad to hear about it anytime..i loved this poem and hope you get better HUT TWO THREE FOUR! Thanks guys again!! I appreciate you all taking the time to read my poems and to reply to them as well. I enjoy reading all your comments. I do hope it will get better between me and my friend, but I shouldn't get my hopes up otherwise I might just be really hurt in the end. Great work, it sucks a friend would do that but sometimes we have to realize that who we think are our friends truly aren't. Oh well!  I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. |
