Memories of you and me bring me to tears I miss the days when we would share everything together I miss the best friend I use to have who was a sister to me Why do you have to forget me now what have I done to deserve this? Have I made you mad? tell me what I have done so I can understand why you don't talk to me anymore you never call and when I see you you don't say a word to me do your new friends mean more to you then me? haven't I been a good friend to you? I've already lost two best friends and I don't want to loose you don't forget me now there is still so much time and so many things to talk about I've been a true friend from the beginning always there when you needed to talk always there when you were crying and always there when you were happy I thought I was your best friend I thought I was your sister but I guess I was wrong I may never want another best friend again because I'm tired tired of crying tired and hurting tired of wishing Maybe this is a sign that best friends arn't real and that they don't exist I wish it wern't so but I have to let go and forget you somehow because the pain is too much goodbye my sister it was fun for a while but now it's over and the day is done |

hmm this was really sad...i think in everyone's life they end up losing friends they thought were true to them...this was a beautiful poem for expressing yourself. I am buried up to my neck in Contradictionary flies I take pride as the kind of illiterature I'm very ape and very nice -Kurt Cobain |

I completely agree with anomaly, as i usually tend too. Great job!!  I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust. |

great poem!!! I REALLY know what you're talking about...not good....not good at all... I have lost a lot of "best friends" too in the past and when I thought I had found my one-and-only-true-best-friend-til-the-end (hehe....) he left me... but the funny part is that after three months, he came back to me... *weird* but I liked it... cuz I missed him like hell...so... and actually I don't want to know yet why he left me... maybe after a while he'll tell... SO, I hope for you that your best friend will think about it and will realize that SHE has lost a great friend! very sad!!! First of all, a true friend, specially a supposed to be best friend doesn't let the other one hurt that way. I don't think that she really is, even a firend at all. Thank you guys for your replies, I appreciate you taking the time to comment on them. I'm glad that you guys liked the poem, in a way it is good that we can relate, but in another way it isn't. Hopefully all will work out, we talked last night and she kind of admitted to our friendship becomeing shi##y, and that we just have our problems right now, hopefully we'll get the chance to work it all out soon. this was very good, and sad.. I know were ya coming from. I think almost every does. I have had like 3 best friends myself. but the one i have no i think is going to keep working out..
