I glance at you and you begin to smile, I write this poem while you look ove my shoulder, I know you like me, I dont know if I can say the same about you, You say your in love, I jokingly call you insane. I am that guy, The guy that you want, You are the girl I feel I will haunt, If I was to ever hurt you it would bring me such pain. I say yes I am that guy, But suprisingly not the guy that you love, I am the guy who really cares, I am the guy who will always be there, I am not that guy who will hurt you, Me and you never a pair, I say im sorry and you move on, Now i am jealous of that other guy, But I have to remember all the goods times whe had, I now feel like I am that guy, But in the end its to late for you and I. |

Too many happy pills for me!!!!!!!! Well, anyways, I like this poem a lot. Can I ask a question? I'm going to anyways, but you don't have to answer it. DO you write your poems for 1 person???? I will answer that question the best way i can. Okay heres the thing the only poem i ever wrote for someone is called "that night" no other poem i write is for one special person, You see i only have to see how one person deals with somthing the funny thing is i can write and write about certain topics. These poems do come from the heart but only mine. |

You know... I think I've been "that girl" Like what you were saying applies to me even though I am a chica. I relate with every issue you described.... They think they're in love, you don't want to hurt them, they move on... and then comes jealousy. And you never really can be sure why... that's so funny! I understand you and this poem. Job well done! I am just looking through all your poems here and I think you have done a good job! Although the poems I have posted in here are all about someone, I too an write about someone elses experiences like they are my own! When I think of something I write it down!
