A Secret So Special Close the door behind you I have a secret to tell A secret so special Please keep it between us two This secret I hold dear In my heart it is chained A secret so special Let me whisper in your ear This information to you I gave My best friend, I know you won't tell A secret so special Promised to go to the grave You told a friend And she told others A secret so special To my tears there is no end The pain burns at my heart's core Our friendship fades away A secret so special Is a secret no more |

This is an incredible poem !! If you have had to experience this awful feeling of being betrayed and mislead and hurt I am so sorry! I have been there before too, and never again will you trust anyone else like you had before. I think this piece is an excellent piece and you should be very proud of it! good job! Micale |

Aren't best friends great? Sorry, my "best friend" is acting like a jerk, so I know how it feels, and it sucks. I love the poem, it was written perfectly, and full of emotion. Alina Le Ann, This poem is very beautiful, and well written. It was very deep, and held a very passionate meaning behind it - a definition of what real frineds should be. An excellent piece of work, and I will look forward to future works. |

This is great. Doesn't it suck when your so-called friends blab your inner-most secrets? The feeling of betrayl and backstabbingness is awful, but i think everyone has felt it at least once. Hopefully you will be able to realize who your true friends are. Keep writing! ~<3 Alwayz~ **Nikki** |

Alina~ Your poem literally gave me chills. I wasn't expecting the mood to change so drastically in the last few stanzas. I thought it was going to be a cute little poem, but it was much deeper then I expected. Your really talented! Keep it up. PS - I know what u mean about reading people's replies giving u a great feeling! That's why I love this place so much - everyone is so supportive! It's so touching.
