Today i had a dream of her But today it was real I called her up and talked to her Now i can't express how i feel as i was talking my feet became weak Then i could not speak My legs i could not feel But with that i can deal I will pay To even just say hi and bye For this dream girl Is The only girl worth being my prize well at least in my eyes. This is another one for my dear friend Jenn which is now on here. though its not one of my best i wrote it real fast after talking to her and chose not to edit it because it just came from my heart so i hope you all enjoyed. I'm a dying romantic and when i can no longer write i can no longer live -Jeremiah Johnson- |

That's a really sweet poem and your friend is very lucky to have it written about her. And don't edit it because it's perfect! Lotharingia "For God's sake, he's a poet. Poets are meant to feel miserable. Otherwise, what the hell are they here for? What are they going to write about?" Tom Holland |

Hi Jeremiah, I agree, that was sweet, and perfect as it is. |

Jeremiah...have you ever thought how many girls would love to have a guy write poetry to them...and to know they have that effect on him? Jenn is lucky to have you as a friend. As for the editing...I always say, "Writers write, editors edit"... nice job. Hardrock. |

I love the sentiment expressed in this. I think everyone here knows I am all for a good love poem That feeling that you would do anything for a look, a glance, just to be able to talk... oh yes. Well done. |

Oooops, wow, I was looking through your old stuff and I just realized I've never replied to this one. I'm such a dork!! Jeremiah, you're a really great guy, and the fact that you wrote for me means so much... good luck in the army man!! Jenn "I'm a big, big, girl, in a big, big world, it's not a big, big thing if you leave me, but I do feel, that I will miss you much..." Emilia |
