How can I love thee,
when noone loves me?
How can I give so much,
when you give none at all?
How can I care about you,
when I don't even exist?

I'm with Brian on this one.  One many refuse to see, others will not.  Find the ones that see clearly without having to be told...

You are definitely worth a lot more than this ... Don't berate yourself too much ...
Isis is right, look for those who love you just the way you are.

How can I give so much,

How can I care about you,
when I don't even exist?

I NOTICED YOU today...written a while ago in springtime..but I did notice  you today  in Winter..for you...
liqwidnik

I noticed you today
in the yellow branches reaching out
calling to me,
trying to draw that smile from my lips

I noticed you today
in the cool breeze
as I stepped out into the winter-like spring air
that took my breath away

So calm am I inside, today
almost as if I no longer exist
no tears, no joy, no smile, no frown
just straight faced, straight laced
wondering where I have gone

I noticed you today
with your soft thoughts
when written for all eyes
and imagined they were for me, only

Like my dreams, you come
and you go at your will
and I try to hold on to the feel
of my sense of you,
without you even knowing

I noticed you today
and for just a moment
felt the warmth of your glow
bathe me in sunshine
filling my mind with your voice
and my heart will be forever listening

you were noticed today...by me..and I am sure you are noticed and will be by others..I have felt as if I don't exist  many times this year..and  actually at the moment I was feeling the same until I read your words and searched into my heart and past for those that comforted me once..I hope I have brought a smile to your face on this  lonely morning ...

I think I can understand this... Although, there are many who are aware of and appreciate your existence, when it isn't coming from the one who means the most to you, you can feel pretty inconsequential (sp?). You put quite a bit of thought into so few words..   (Now, to shake this utter depression!!)

Well done!
Sheila
