I know how stupid or arrogant I am going to sound by saying this but here goes, there are many of us out there can well relate to this, hell I know I can, but trust me to some people out there you more exist you matter alot. enjoyed reading and take care,

in the yellow branches reaching out
calling to me,
trying to draw that smile from my lips

I noticed you today
in the cool breeze
as I stepped out into the winter-like spring air
that took my breath away

So calm am I inside, today
almost as if I no longer exist
no tears, no joy, no smile, no frown
just straight faced, straight laced
wondering where I have gone

I noticed you today
with your soft thoughts
when written for all eyes
and imagined they were for me, only

I think I can understand this... Although, there are many who are aware of and appreciate your existence, when it isn't coming from the one who means the most to you, you can feel pretty inconsequential (sp?). You put quite a bit of thought into so few words..

(Now, to shake this utter depression!!)
