Did you see what I saw?
i'm not sure what it was
looks sort of familiar
in darkness do i trust?
imagination taking over
give into it i must
paranoid delusions
clouding up my mind
giving up to emptiness
poison of the deadly kind
fearing the reaper
he's been tracking all my lies
holding in my anger
he never heard my cries
screaming out for vengence
tearing apart my soul
enduring the life i chose
as i light another bowl
getting up is harder now
i shouldn't feel this damn old
clock is ticking backwards
sleeping when it's light
clock is set for PM
so i'll awake for the night
got to get out of here
this cycle getting rough
would someone please tell me
when will enough be enough?

I sense much feeling and frustration with this one. Take care!

JulieAnn...Man, oh man, was I right there in the middle of that one.  I have been there to see all that, and I have seen it so up close and personal.  Hopefully, you are seeing that there IS light at the end of the tunnel and it ain't a bic on a bowl.  Talk to me, girlfriend!  I'm here for ya.  Hardrock
