life's spin life ... a kaleidoscope ... of fears what ifs failed possibilities spinning ... patterns come and go no two alike holding that one pattern long enough to give me hope looking to the light finding beauty in it all and savoring as long as I can until ... spun once more by fears the inevitable ... patterns of change take place and the spin begins once more 'round and 'round never ending spin... pain spin... hurt spin... loss spinning spinning what ifs... controlling every spin not satisfying not succeeding spin... love gone spin... hope gone spin... possibilities gone still spinning changing me... not him last spin... failure ~Wynter |

Spinning enough to get dizzy here. What an apt description of the way it feelis, so out of control, just spinning, on and on. Great writing, Wynter. Take care. Sandra |

wow...to many bad turns...I always think of kaleidoscopes as wonders of colors and designs...each one a unique beauty...I guess it's all how you feel at the time...but it was a great poem and concept. Lot's of movement to it. Tossing words like wishful coins into the deep well of an open heart. R. fox |

Catalina- my friend, my life has been spinning out of control for awhile now. And just when I think I have it understood and am feeling strong those words of hurt creep back in and spin me around once more. Someday I will email you and you will understand then. But for now I am just trying to keep my head above water and a smile on my lips and a sparkle to my eyes. Don't let my negative postings get to you, they are the releasing of pain allowing room for the sweetness in life to reclaim me.(soon I hope) huggz ~Wynter "The worst prison would be a closed heart". ...Pope John Paul II |

Ron- I have a collection of kaleidoscopes and they are all so very beautiful and surreal..I was using the spinning and change for the expression I wanted to relay. thank you, as always ~Wynter "The worst prison would be a closed heart". ...Pope John Paul II |

I can feel the frustration, here.. in the spinning.. but, don't give up with failure.. Sometimes it takes a while to get that balance back... then you can spin with arms wide open in joy. Sheila.. |

"I was born myself, raised myself, and will continue to be myself. The world will just have to adjust." love the signature...by the way...I tried laying motionless, but it's not as much fun *laffin'* here. ~Wynter "The worst prison would be a closed heart". ...Pope John Paul II |
