Knowing you've been in love before, but was there ever a love like mine? Did you know the hand you hold was made for touching you? Did you know the mouth you see was made for kissing you? Or the eyes you look into where opened for no reason but to find you? Did you know the words you hear are from a mind filled with nothing but thoughts of you? Did you know the heart you feel was made to beat for you? Did you know the poems I write are expressions of the way you make me feel? Did you ever know before me, there was a love this real? |
