Curtain of Shameless embraces you in,
You bathe in the sea of sorrow,
Cleansing yourself once more with reality,
Drying yourself with the towel of truth,
Apathy collecting at your feet,
Soiling your once rejoiced heart.

WOAH!  Terrific!    Love your word usage... captured a lot... expressed so well.    I was going to state which line I liked best... but, um, I can't decide, because they're all very sharp

this was just a wonderful metaphor. it was short, but every word was pertinent. very nice.

Thank you very much for your replies. I thought I would try something out of this world, yet keep it in the real world. Know what i mean?
