I'm sick of the hurting,
The questions and feelings never answered,
Sick of hoping, sick of pain,
And don't want to feel that way again.

Always wondering why?
Why do I have to take that?
Why does it hurt me so?
Why can't I let it all go?

Why do I feel so deeply?
What is there to gain?
Only confusion and grief,
And usually unending pain.

Losing contact with people,
Again just out on a limb,
Seems to me no matter how I try,
Emotionally the lights are all dim......

This is great Isis.....it's true being thoughtful and sensitive can sometimes leave you stranded.........but it's probably the price of art.

Isis I know that when I reached this place where I was sick of the pain...in effect I knew I could stand no more it gave me the strength to eliminate one source of pain in my life...I took my life in a new direction...away from the source of the pain...James
