Lucifer laughs
And Jesus cries
At the mess that I've made
At the bed that I sleep in
And I made it
I know
Eternal slumber
Not far on days like these
Walking a bar
In my mind
Visually drinking
Until mentally drunk
To forget this
Oh so unintentional mess
That I've made
Until it blows away
If I make it that far
On days like this
I can only smile back
And hold back the tears
If there is a God
Let her know I'm sorry
And if Satan is real
At least he is proud

this is so deep, and very heartfelt. there's alot of emotion in this...beautifully done. keep it up
