Mom Sitting in the corner Of a darkened room Better stop my crying My mom will be home soon She’ll start asking questions But she doesn’t really care What’s going through her mind is Will other people stare She acts as though she listens But her mind is somewhere else Thinking what she’ll tell her friends If ever they find out The house has to be spotless The family to be perfect I have started to wonder If it’s really worth it She cares too much What other people think and say She better stop and ponder Before her daughter slips away |

What a strong message you got there... So true, sometimes people are too stressed out from how the society is gonna look at them to notice the hurt of their loved ones. Hope it's gonna turn out ok for you if it's about you and your mom. |

darkstar~~~This is good. I know what you mean when you say: She cares too much What other people think and say Thats how my mom is sometimes. i wrote a poem about her if you wanna check it out.
