They Know it All When I started to be okay They took my medication away Had someone to help me Set my mind free Gone is my help My parents with that dealt Started to get better Now more stormy weather Because my parents know it all Into this bottomless pit again I fall |

Thank you...I'm ok for the time being...but that's just for the time being. Yes, it is about me. My parents decided they didn't like what the psychiatrist was doing and that they didn't think I was getting help. But they said they knew better. I can't do anything about because I'm still a minor. Oh well...I'll live...I think... Dark Star |

Oh Darkstar it is terrible when parents think they know best!! Sometimes they don't! I'm a parent, I'm speaking from experience. I hope you can talk to them and discuss this, and perhaps agree to try the old way a couple more months?? Please try discussing it with them, calmly, sensibly and quietly! Something how they hold the key to your whole future in their hands...and perhaps they are following the right course and know exactly what is best for you or perhaps they are wrong and you are at risk due to their inability to make correct decisions...I am hoping they know what is best for you...James |

Have you tried St. John's Wort? It's an herb you can purchase without perscription at a health Food Store. Many, have received tremendous benefits from it. I do hope this is writing, and not true misery. If it is, I do understand, I too have suffered from depression, and it is hell. thought provoking words, Bj ~the breath, a mystery of it's own ~~ |

take it one day at a time, and please talk to your parents if you feel really down and depressed remember most of all that you are the most important person so don't worry about others right now worry about how you feel |
