A few nights ago I fell apart. I remembered suffering a broken heart. They call it a flashback I call it a nightmare I never chose to remember. I sat here and cried with total abandon. Like the child I was when that terrible thing happened. The pain was as real as it was that day. When my mother let them take us away. I try so hard to overcome to find a way to let go. And just when I think I have found that place. It rears it's ugly head as if to say... "Never forget that I am here" I thank my friends who sat and wondered about this friend who lost control. For without them I know not what I would have done... To explain this if I can I suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and I had a really bad flashback the other night. I'm glad you have such good people for friends. After family, friends are the most important thing in life, I don't know what I would have done without mine.
