I feel so good about life today,
It seems an angel came down to say...
Keep the faith and know it's true,
You have many friends that love you.
In this place you have found a home,
That gives acceptance you have never known.
You spend many hours online,
And each day you try to find...
A new poet who writes down thoughts of their minds.
And welcome them the same warm way,
That you recieved the very first day.
And though you have your special friends,
Everyone here is quite blessed.

So My 100th Post is not a sad one,
It's a Thank You for I have won.
The faith and acceptance of my peers,
In a place with cheers and few jeers.
I love this place and all of you!!  Dee

And we love you too, Dee. This is a great place. Nice poem, of course, also. Sometimes I forget that the actual poem is important, cause I get lost in the feelings. But then again, maybe that is the true heart of poetry.
Peace.

There's just something about this place that makes you want to write a tribute...lol...my second post was "For the Passions Poets" or something like that.
Just one question:  Why did you choose not to post in OPen where it might be read by more people?  Everyone likes poems where they're cheered.

Congrats on the 100th post Dee!!
Yes the dark forum and passions itself has become a wonderful home full of family and friends to many of us.  So glad it is the same for you too.
I've been off a bit lately with the little one being crook, but I hope to get to know you better through your work really soon.
