Freak On The Wall Once the body count is concluded Tears will be washed away with pride Cause everyone will see The freak on the wall Standing tall and dancing a gem Smashed up there so long ago By a man we all know But his colors are gone And so is his smile The freak is so angry Now that he knows he is gone Smashed on a wall that is so flat A white one to be exact Cause an angry party always likes that And a freak always loses But one on the wall Is never going to fall Cause one on the wall never bleeds Meaning he will never see Sometimes we must face ourselves And say why is he up there on the wall He is only a freak but so am I His blue eyes are like mine And so is his broken spine At least it will be in time His cries are those of a little child But sorrow is not there for him As it would be for my little brother He needs help to get him off He’s not dead as you might say Only lost in a different way Just a little smashed on the wall Cause a freak is a freak But death is death And what I know Is that a freak is never dead Just has a rearranged head GET HIM OFF THE WALL GET HIM OFF THE WALL HELP HIM STAND TALL HE IS ONLY A FREAK ON THE WALL DON’T BE AFRAID HE IS ONLY A FREAK ON THE WALL GET HIM OFF THE WALL GET HIM OFF THE WALL DON’T BE AFRAID HE IS ONLY A FREAK ON THE WALL |

Len this is a brilliant, empowering peice of work. Standing up for the poor, the shunned, the freak, is a brave and wonderful thing to do. More people should have done it centuries ago and should do it today. Wonderful work hon  And by the way, no freak, could write and feel as you do!! |
