Uta, consider the moon, vessel of mystery and madness, how well you portray her moods. Be well Kethry "It is the image in the mind that links us to lost treasures; but it is the loss that shapes the image, gathers the flowers weaves the garland."- |

I love full moons. This is really nice, a good escape. Short and sweet. One touch of nature makes the whole world kin. -William Shakespeare |

Wow Lo. perfectly timed looking out my window at a full moon right now. Your poem captures its magic and beauty perfectly. "Beyond all this good is the terror,The grip of a mercenary hand,When savagery turns all good reason, There's no turning back, no last stand,"I.Curtis |

Hi folks! And thanks for all the friendly comments! Wren, Thanks for asking (I thought no one was going to ask - sniff). Yes, the title Mondsüchtig is German; literally it means "addicted to the moon" and translates roughly as "lunatic", but without meaning "insane" as it does in English. It refers to all people affected by the moon, both the "sane" and the "insane".< !signature--> Lotharingia "Dreams are life, reality, creation" Miguel de Unanumo [This message has been edited by lotharingia (edited 08-18-2000).] |
